Teamwork

Working with others and maintaining professional relationships is the foundation of productivity.

I believe that working as a team creates responsibility and fosters motivation in the workplace. As someone who has maintained numerous leadership roles, I value team environments because it helps me see projects from multiple angles. The relationships I foster with others help me carry out decisions that not only benefit me, but those around me.

Integrity

Gaining trustworthiness relies on the firm adherence to a moral code.

I believe that all my actions should align with my core values. Speaking earnestly  and taking responsibility for actions builds professionalism and character. I wish to be someone who is authentic and can hold strong leadership positions. Without integrity, I couldn’t foster the growth and relationships that I have today. 

Creativity

Creativity drives innovation and fosters settings that value problem solving and adaptability.

Creativity is my strongest attribute when it comes to work. I believe that creativity fosters new ideas and motivates others to focus on authenticity and improvement. Creativity is at the forefront of personal fulfillment and helps businesses grow. Without creativity, my portfolio and professional work experience would be minimal. 

Respect

Respect facilitates growth and builds strong relationships in the workplace. 

Respecting others has helped me grow as a professional. Respect is the foundation of all healthy relationships. I am able to cooperate with others by valuing someone’s inherent worth. Practicing respect creates environments built on equality and decreases conflict among team members. 

Honesty

Without honesty, the foundation of a characters values are questioned.

All my values and core attributes are based on honesty. I can’t be an authentic version of myself if I’m not honest with others. Honesty is essential to building relationships and practicing values such as teamwork, integrity, creativity, and respect.
